Airline launches child-free zone

Do you want to avoid screaming children on your flight? In April 2012, Malaysia Airlines announced plans to ban children from the top deck on its A380 aircrafts.

AirAsia is the second airline announcing the launch of child-free areas on its flights. AirAsia introduced a Quite Zone for all AirAsia flights. The Quite Zone is an area exclusively reserved between rows 7-14, right after the Premium Seats. Shark attacks in Sharm el Sheikh

Illegal feeding may be the cause of the series of shark attacks in recent days in Sharm el Sheikh in the Red Sea, said expert Mohammed Salem. ”We think that someone has feed the sharks” said the director of the South Sinai Nature Center. The sharks were then started looking for easy prey. The attacks were always around the same time, place and at the same beach.

Stand up Cabin

Last year various media reported that some airlines are interested in a Stand up Cabin. The airlines will be able to fit 30% more passengers on the plane using this method. The idea is to use these seats only on short flights. The benefit of using a stand up cabin is that airlines can charge a lower price than for traditional seats.
